Holiday Sleepover 

Interested in "Black Friday" shopping?  Drop off your dancer at 9pm Thanksgiving night and pick up on Friday morning, Nov 28th by 10am.  Sign up sheet at the studio. 

Holiday Fundraisers

  • Cookie dough and butter braids need to be picked up at the studio the evening of Mon, Nov 17th.
  • Wreaths will deliver the first week of December
  • See's Candy and GC candle orders are due Mon, Dec 1st
  • Raffle tickets must be turned in no later than Sat, Dec 2oth.  No raffle ticket orders will be taken on the 21st.

Annual Tea Party is scheduled for Sun, Dec 14th.  This is an annual holiday event for company members.  Invitations will be forthcoming.   Please wear your Sunday best and bring a $5 wrapped gift for the exchange.

Annual Holiday Fundraiser Show Information

  • A non-refundable deposit of $25 for each costume is due Nov 15th.    Additional late fees will be charged for deposits received after the 15th
  • Order flowers by Dec 15th - Price is $6 before the show and $7 at the show
  • Order participation trophies by Nov 26th
  • Order holiday show t-shirts by Nov 10th
  • The holiday show will be recorded and DVDs are available for purchase
  • Begin selling raffle tickets for the cash raffle-give-away at the end of the holiday performance.  50 cents ea or 12 for 5 dollars. Winners do not have to be present.
  • Asking families to donate refreshments for the dancers the day of the show
  • Tickets go on sale Nov 17th at the dance studio
  • Dancers should arrive at the show by 12 noon
  • Water, pop, hotdogs, chips and nachos will be sold for $1 at the show.   This is an all company fundraiser.  In order to benefit you will either need to:
    • Sign up to work the table
    • Donate $5
  • Backstage helpers
    • Arrive at the show by 12 noon
    • Required to stay backstage for the entire show
    • Required to wear an orange badge at show
    • Sign up sheet is posted at studio

Company/Competition Parents Meeting    The next meeting is scheduled for Dec  7th at 12:00 PM (for Company).  The Competition Parents meeting will follow the Company meeting.    

Summer 2009 Recital information

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50 for each basic costume is due Oct 15th.    Additional late fees will be charged for deposits received after the 15th.
  • Recital bow tshirts - order by Feb 1st, 2009
  • Rehearsal times / recital location and times TBA
  • Ticket sales - $13 for one show or $20 for both.  Tickets for both shows must be purchased at the same time and are non-refundable / non-exchangeable.  Tickets for individual shows can be purchased at different times and are non-refundable / non-exchangeable.  All tickets are the same price, regardless of age.   All seating is reserved.  
  • Programs, videos and flowers will be sold again - more information to follow
  • Program space can purchased for $25-$100.  You can use this space to advertise or show off your special dancer!

Required Make-up for Company and Competition Team members can be ordered through the studio.   Make-up can be purchased as a set or as needed.  

Rhinestone pony holders    are now required for all company members except Heart Breakers and Dream Team.  Orders due by Nov 14th.

Fundraising
  There are many fundraising opportunities being offered through the studio at this time.  Please contact your Company parent or Debbie to learn about ways to help your dancer out!
