Beginner/Placement Class Schedule
Beginner/Placement Classes Only - New students to On Stage are welcome to take advantage of our ONE FREE TRIAL class and join us for any one of the classes that are listed on the attached Beginner/Placement Class schedule that may be of interest to you. Please contact the studio if you have any questions and we look forward to seeing you in class real soon!
Intermediate/Advance (Level) Schedule
Our Int/Adv Level Schedule is for those students who have prior dance experience and are considering continuing their dance education with us. The classes on this schedule are not open to walk-ins or as a FREE trial class without prior authorization from the studio. Please contact our studio directly for more information and we would be glad to discuss placement with you.

HAIR Should always be securely pulled off the neck and out of the face. A bun is the best hairstyle for class and may be requested by the instructor for certain classes such as, our ballet classes.
BOYS Black jazz pants; white t-shirts (unless otherwise instructed by teacher).
COMBO (Ballet/Tap, Jazz/Tap, Jazz/Hip Hop or Jazz/Tumbling) This is a pre-school movement education class for ages 2 to 5 years. Our lessons are designed to teach such essentials as depth perception, hand/eye, foot/eye, inverted orientation, and medial and lateral awareness, all in a safe and positive environment. The program is reaching for the mind and body's educational potential through the fundamentals of dance. Dress Attire (Combo with Ballet) includes a black leotard; pink tights (in the cooler months teacher will advise); pink or black ballet shoes; black tap or jazz shoes (depending on what combo class). Dress Attire (Jazz/Tumbling) will include any color dance cloths; tights; jazz shoes; socks or bare feet for tumbling.
ADULT COMBO (Tap/Jazz) For the "mature" dancer and for ALL levels. Our adult class is lots of fun and a great way to stay in shape. Some of our adult students perform in our recitals and in many of our local events. Dress Attire includes any color dance clothes; jazz shoes; tap shoes. (Ask about our other adult classes for the recreational to the serious dancer!)
BALLET (Pre-Cecchetti, Cecchetti 1-8, Russian 1-12) Ages 5 to adult, beginning to advanced. Ballet is the basis for all dance. A great deal of finesse of movement and posture can be carried over, not only into other dance disciplines, but into everyday appearance and carriage. Dress Attire (Pre-Cecchetti) Black leotard; pink tights; pink ballet skirt; pink or black ballet shoes (Cecchetti/Russian) Black leotard; pink tights; black ballet skirt; pink or black ballet shoes.
TOE (Pre-Toe, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) Various Age Groups. After many years of proper training in ballet, this is the ultimate goal. Students will be admitted to pre-toe under teachers discretion. Dress Attire includes black leotard; pink tights; black ballet skirt; pink or black ballet shoes; toe shoes must be worn in Toe.
JAZZ (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) Classes for ages 5 years to adult. Jazz is an expressive, creative, dynamic, and fun type of dance. We offer BROADWAY, MODERN, HIP HOP AND LYRICAL. Dress Attire (Jazz) Any color dance leotard; jazz pants or shorts; black jazz shoes (Hip Hop) Comfortable dance clothes; gym shoes, jazz sneaker or jazz shoes (Lyrical) Lyrical dresses; stirrup or non-footed tights; 1/2 soles.
TAP (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) Ages 5 to Adult. Classes will be taught with technique, terminology, and performance of routines as the main goals. Dress Attire Any color dance leotard; jazz pants or shorts; low heel tap shoes (dancer under 7 years, use elastic not laces to tie shoes).
TUMBLING/ACRO (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) Classes 5 years to adult. Classes will be offered to those students interested in learning or improving their tumbling/acro skills. Tumbling in combination with Jazz, Hip Hop, and/or Lyrical will allow the students to expand and explore their dance potential into new levels! Dress Attire Any color dance clothes; socks or bare feet.
LEAPS & TURNS (Intermediate, Advanced) Classes for ages 8 years to adult. Classes will be offered to those interested in improving their techniques. Leaps and Turns will enhance all dance forms. Dress Attire Comfortable dance clothes; gym shoes or jazz shoes.
VOICE
VOICE Students learn breathing techniques, performance techniques and how to read music. All levels and styles taught; Classical, Rock, Pop, Broadway, Country, etc. Private instruction only.
KEYBOARD OR GUITAR
KEYBOARD OR GUITAR Students learn theory, performance techniques, and how to read music. All levels and all styles taught; Classical, Rock, Rhythm and Blues, Pop, Country, etc. Private instruction only.
In today's world we all know staying healthy is important and On Stage wants to make accomplishing that goal easier! Any type of dance is great exercise, but in addition to dance, we also offer various classes that focus on the over-all well being of the student, such as Yoga, Stretch and Various Aerobic classes for all levels.
On Stage offers something for EVERYONE at ANY AGE!
